All equipment sold by Harmbridge is warranted by Harmbridge.

Quotations will normally state whether install labour hours are included or not and unless specifically stated, all travel and accommodation costs are not included in the price. On request, a package price can be given for turn on, inclusive of hours, travel and accommodation.

Unless quoted different, all warranty, labour and spares is ex Harmbridge works in UK, with the Customer responsible for external costs. This method enables us to maintain a stable pricing structure for the equipment itself and one which does not vary from country to country due to distance or individual cost of living.

A considerable reduction in price can be quoted for Sign Off In Place, where the Customer provides full acceptance of the equipment following inspection and test in the Harmbridge workshops. In this case the Customer undertakes to conduct the installation. This is a popular option where the customer has similar equipment and trained in-house engineers already exist.

Final payment is due immediate on shipping ex Harmbridge. 

Harmbridge does not intend for the foreseeable future to be trading in Euros and as a standard GB Pounds is the billing currency. By special negotiation only, the use of US Dollars may be accepted.
